Ah, the second part of my message was about the cd that came with the "Sword, Flames, and Seals artbook"… I thought you didn’t have it, but apparently I checked VGMDB and checked your list and you had it.

hey could you please upload Sword of Seals/Rekka no Ken in FLAC? It’s one of my favorite fire emblems.

Hmmm… the Japanese and the English titles you give do not match… Sword of Seals (Fuuin no Tsurugi) is the first Fire Emblem for the GBA (Roy’s one), while Sword of Flames/Blazing Sword (Rekka no Ken) is the second one on GBA but the first one we got (Lyn, Hector and Eliwood’s one).

For Sword of Seals I have the official soundtrack already uploaded, for Rekka no Ken I have the Premium soundtrack (currently up) and the Characters Premium Soundtrack which will be uploaded soon.

Just copy that into a batch file and run it in the folder that has the streams – as a note, the files should be named to .dsp rather than the way they are on the disc; as they’re just standard DSP gcn adpcm renamed to have a .stm extension.
If you’re missing any of them (as I recall I demuxed some of the files from the THP videos) let me know and I’ll upload them.

-FDM64-, the PoR one I uploaded was tagged by me using the game soundtrack as reference (the same as yours, basically), and I also included more extra tracks from the disc (such as several "Player/Enemy/Neutral Phase" fanfares, some Galdrars and the like).

Why did you do it in parts? .. MEGA allows all sizes.. they are not limited to a size.

Renaming can’t hurt a file – it’s probably a corrupted download, so just try redownloading.

There are no official OSTs for these two – look at post 83 for the converted stream files for Path of Radiance.
I might upload Radiant Dawn in the next days if I have enough time.

I guess I must have been confused by the name of the arranged version myself, I probably had this soundtrack twice in my Fire Emblem folder and thought it to be 2 different soundtracks.
When Ikkutebayo (almost everything I’ve uploaded or reuploaded in this thread was originally uploaded by him, so props go to him, too) first uploaded his stuff, he called the album "Fire Emblem: Genealogy of Holy-War Arrange Soundtrack [TKCA-70929]", which at that time led me to believe it’s different from the Game Music Soundtrack-version I already had; but the number at the end is the one of the "Game Music Soundtrack" (TKCA-70929 | Fire Emblem: Seisen no Keifu Game Music Soundtrack – VGMdb (http://vgmdb.net/album/2818)), which I realized after looking through my stuff some time ago.
Summed up, the Game Music Soundtrack is sometimes called Arrange Version and there’s no other arranged soundtrack of Seisen no Keifu (and to make thing’s even funnier, looking at the Japanese front and back cover, the album’s name is just "Fire Emblem – Seisen no Keifu").
And I’m looking forward to seeing your contributions, it’s really a shame that most of the Fire Emblem-soundtracks are so hard to find.

Oh, and I’ll probably reupload the Awakening Music Selection again, but it might take some days.

I’ll first buy the most rare soundtracks to find. I don’t know if you own the original copies of the OSTs you posted, but it would be great if you post the high resolution scans for all of the soundtracks in this thread(FE13 OST, FE11 OST and the OVA OST are the only ones here with beautiful complete scans). They are impossible to find in the internet. I would love to take a deep look at them.

The Best Vol.1/2 were originally uploaded to this forum by MYZUNRARA, but his links are already down; nevertheless, credits should go to him. I somehow managed to miss CD 2 of the Best Vol.2 when it was still active, so my Vol.2 upload is not complete. I already asked MYZUNRARA whether he could reupload it, so maybe CD 2 will follow one day.

I only download FLACs and most of the time don’t convert the files at all, since my audio player can handle FLACs.
FLAC is a format that is lossless compared to the original WAV files, thus there is no quality loss after conversion. MP3 however is a lossy format, so MP3s are bound to have less quality than FLACs. However, if you convert to high-quality MP3s (like 320 kbps or V0), you probably won’t even notice the quality loss and couldn’t separate between FLACs and MP3s (however that depends on your hearing and your audio equipment; I myself can’t hear the difference, at least not with my current audio equipment).
So if you just want to listen to high quality audio, high quality MP3s are fine, too. If you however want to be on the safe side and think you can hear the difference or will one day be able to hear the difference or just want to have the best quality possible, then stick to FLACs.

The thing is that, as i told you before, i needed the highest quality MP3 as possible, to play on some other devices. But then you confirmed to me that there is no difference if i just convert from CD to MP3, or from FLAC to MP3. And that is all i wanted to know. Thank you!

I just found out that "Tear Ring Saga: Berwick Saga" has two albums. I didn’t find it before, because it’s just called "Berwick Saga". Anyway, sorry that i said that there is no soundtrack.

002 and 003 are not supposed to be opened separately – if you have all files in one folder, opening 001 will automatically open 002 and 003, too, since it’s one archive consisting of three files.

I just redownloaded the files, renamed them and everything worked fine – either you didn’t rename them correctly or one of the parts may be corrupted, so you might want to redownload and try again.

Ah! I managed to solve the problem. I thinked I corrupted the files when renaming them somehow. I re-downloaded the files and renamed them using 7zip and it worked! Thanks for the help Cherrycoke 😀
