I tried looking for it in the Resident Evil 4 OST, but it sounds like the person who made the video actually used a mod to put the song in there? It sounds like a track from a video game.

I’d really appreciate it if anyone could tell me what the song is called and where it’s from!

It’s from Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance, from some part of the VR missions.

I originally thought it was from a MGS game, but I got it so quick because one of the comments for the video said they thought the music was from MGS2. Made it a bit easier 😛
