Seconded. I’m also looking for it, preferably lossless, and even the links to the MP3s are dead. The only torrent I can find for it has 1 seed, so I’m looking for alternatives if I can. If it helps, this is what Wikipedia has to say about it:

Katamari Suteki Damacy (塊ステキ魂, Katamari Suteki Damashii, lit. "Clump Lovely Spirit") is the soundtrack album for the game. The album has 17 tracks and has a length of 1:10:04; it was published by Columbia Music Entertainment on November 21, 2007 with the catalog number COCX-32760.

I found the game rip and uploaded it. It’s definitely not the album, anyway, as the song lengths are different.
