Alternatively, I’ve thought about using the sound recorder function in emulators and then editing with Audacity but there must be an easier and quicker way of ripping music from gameboy games.

AMAZING!!!!!! Thanks a lot for this, man. You don’t know how much you helped me!!!! Thanks!!!!
It’s not even Japanese. It’s in "blocks and shit" language. All I (and I assume the other people in this topic) want to know is this…
"How do you rip music from Game Boy ROMs"?
It’s simple in that it’s simple to ask. I’m downloaded the GB Z80randomforeignletters.exe file
I’ve gotten as far as opening a ROM. But, as I said…. simply, how do you rip the music (i.e. GBS) files?
Once you have loaded the rom (drag and drop works), press alt+s, and select bin and tick the gbs box. Then save your gbs file.
EDIT: Now to find out the other options to make it play.
About the ripping part… I am right now, loading the rom, pressing the long square button (the one over the "L4 MAP:") because only after that accepts the ALT+S combo as you told (that’s the only difference), and then keep on with the rest of the proccess, with no result either 😛 . Must keep Trying!!!
Tnx for the trouble 😀 and the how use guide.
The real problem is how to use it though.

Really? The link is working fine for me. is anybody else is having trouble with the link?
as far as how to work it , In the upper right hand corner there’s a Button click that , chose your gb rom file then click the button that says gbs in english in lower right hand corner then chose where you want to put your gbs file.
Also i should note, not all games are compatible, ALOT but not all games. i included some jpegs of translated instructions , and a list of supported and unsupported games.
Tnx for this great work you did, i’ll try again with navy seals.
