Distant Worlds Concert in Chicago, IL

To those of you that went to the Distant Worlds: Music From Final Fantasy Concert last night in Chicago, IL, what did ya think?

I thought most was really nice and done well. Although i didn’t buy the meet & greet tickets, ceeing Nobuo was in person was cool. Again, most songs were very well done but some that stuck out to me were "Maria & Draco," "Don’t Be Afraid," "Distant Worlds," "To Zanarkand," "Love Grows," "Opening Theme~Bombing Mission," "Terra Theme." Not saying any that i left out aren’t worth mentioning, but to me I’ve heard them too much & i’ve heard them too much in the same arrangement. Was nice hearing "Aerith Theme," "One-Winged Angel," & "Liberi Fatali" live though. Some minor flaws I thought were the lack of power in the vocals during "Liberi Fatali" compared to previous recordings. and during the Dear Friends Final Fantasy V song, I thought was a little shaky. Almost seemed like the guitarist was slightly out of sync with the rest of the music at parts. I can’t really say much else bad. Great show.

Again, what did you guys think?
