Hello there everyone.

The main Nintendo forum of The Netherlands is down, so I’m checking several other ones on the web (like this one) and see how I like it.

I wanted to post my new guitar attempt to a video game, but since the site went down, I’ll do it here anyways:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VWBZGjApKOs

It’s starting to become a project, as yesterday I went listening to many old NES classics like Batman, Return of the Joker, Super Mario Bros. 3, Ninja Gaiden, MegaMan, and I really feel I should post some more, more often (weekly or so).
NES music can work excellent on (solo) guitar, as there are very few voices, and so you can implement that very easily instead of having to compensate and make an arrangement. If I would want to do a SNES game or even better (or worse), an N64 game, it would be hard to find a song to fit for solo guitar, without heavily arranging it here and there.
So it’ll mostly be very retro for now.

What do you think of it? You can criticize all you like, I can only improve from that.

I do feel quite ashamed that I haven’t thought of picking a Final Fantasy game, though. If you’ve got any requests, just say it.
