Well I bought the "cheap one" from China and stuff. It has some rust and I was hoping to fix it up a bit. What do you people suggest? Spray paint it with silver or like paint it? I also want it to be safe with my skin and clothes, so yeah.

"OxiClean (powdered variety) is another cleaner that will remove many stains… It will not remove rust stains."

Seriously people >.>.

It was worth a shot. The way Billy shills it, I’m convinced it can cure cancer.

Well, if you know enough to have found that particular bit of info (which I could only find one site on Google searching using that exact phrasing), then why exactly are asking us about this?

Here – have at it. (http://www.factsfacts.com/MyHomeRepair/RustStains.htm)

OxiSolv?

I think a zinc anode would prevent the rust in the first place. XD

Oh I just cut off a few keywords from here "http://www.seedsofknowledge.com/vintagefabric.html"
It’s a shame I’m not that great in studying metals 😛 but oh well I’ll just leave as is. Just wanted to shine and all. (Pshh silly me, it was just painted badly; it wasn’t rust.)

hey i would sugest you by a craft kit and paint it with silver paint a small brush. or maybe go to a craft shop.

i have the same one. it looks awesome it’s just a shame it has ”made in china” crudely written diagonally across the back.

i brought the bracelet too, and that again is cheap, it actually fell off the first time i put it on. so i changed the last link for another clip and it works well now.

I was reading in a magazine about the FF jewelry. And it showed the Griever necklace as one of the examples. It showed the necklace from the front and the back. They didn’t say anything about it being real or fake (so I’m assuming they’re talking about the real thing) and on the back, it has "Made in China" and "Sleeping Lionheart" engraved into it. Not sure if it’s real or fake, but if it’s fake, then please post up pictures of the real thing. As far as I’m concerned, the one from China that has "Sleeping Lionheart" engraved on the back is real. I’ve seen many different kinds of Griever necklaces, but they say that this is the real thing.

Apparently (been a while since I posted) there are 3 types of griever necklaces. The cheap one that has the "Sleeping Lionheart" (the one I have, made in China, and comes in some type of wrapping like you find for cheap jewelry), another one with a better metal (a tad more expensive and comes with a FF8 box), and the sterling silver one (dunno if it comes in a box but it silver!!!!). If I have time I’ll try to snag a picture with my camera of the necklace I have. Lastly, I decided to just get the second version (the better metal one) and if I ever feel like getting the cheap one to a craft store and repainting, then oh well.
