about how long is this game?

I’ve got almost 60 hrs in this game, and it’s great. But how long will it last? And how much have I missed? There seems to be so many variables in each quest.

Check out this (Thread 37322) thread to see how far you are. Telling you how much you’ve missed would be difficult without a lot more information.

I heard somewhere the quickest speed game was like 45 hours. I know for X it was roughly 30 hours. So plus every side quest and item and boss, you’re probably looking at around 100+ hours.

I’m at 196 hours and I’d say I’m about 70%.

It depends if you do every single sidequest. I did a few and finished the game under 60 hours. I’m not sure how long if you do every single side quest. My friend let me borrow his FFXII guide and there are A LOT of side quests, but I was too lazy to do even 1/4 of them

I’m just getting back into it. I’m about 88 hours.

Ive done 2 games so far, first game took me 210 hours i was’nt close to 100% completion (lol) Missed the Zodiac Spear. Second game so far is 157 hours, all ive got left to do is the tier race thing at balfonheim (im at tier 32 or something) get the Iga blade (which can also be found in garymsythe waterway (so the guide says) not only in the sochen cave palace) Also the danjuro, Grand helm, Grand armor, Zodiac Escutcheon, Ensanguined Shield, Brave Suite and finish off about 30 monsters in the bestiary, then, i think ive done everything. Just started another game as well, on the ps3 this time, so far 17 hours into it WOOT!

Main storyline, did some sidequests, about 80 hours, about level 55 (for all 6 chars) at completion. It was about right I think in terms of how difficult the main storyline was going that pace.

I dont remember seeing that in the uk guide. In fact, I’m sure that when you get to sochen, it says you can only get it from the waterfall puzzle. But i cant check until sunday evening.

im about 60 hours into the game, level 55 for the 3 main characters im using, still leveling up the rest though. Is there a theme song in the game somewhere?

Haven’t really used Gamefaqs. Been using the official Bradygames guide and the Q & A thread, here 😀 Gonna have to consult that Great Crystal guide though.
