Here is the Turbo Grafx CD version of Langrisser 1, aka Warsong. Great music!

*sigh* I can’t seem to rename the thread title, oh well, everyone should recognize it anyways.

Well, when you mention it’s a Turbo game, we’ll know then….thanx again.
What’s next to come?

Well, as opposed to the Gensis version, which was Warsong. As for what’s next, I almost have Legendary Axe 2 ready. Though, ultimately, I’ve been in a mech mood, so I’ll be doing more mech games, like Veigues Tactical Gladiator & Mad Stalker. Also, I think I have Super Bonk 1 ready, so I’ll be doing that.

And I might mention, it sounds like I’ll be doing an interesting new project with our secondary programmer. Basically, he’s thinking of taking Dragon Warrior 1 for the NES, & making it a cd game for Turbo with cd music by me. He would take out the NES music, & make the game an iso with music files that load up. We haven’t discussed the details yet, though I also mentioned to him doing Hydlide, which plays like Ys. Either way, if it pans out, it’ll be pretty cool. I don’t think anything else will be redone(like the tiles/sprites), just porting it to Turbo, & having redone music, & it should be able to be played on a real Turbo cd player!

We might do the same for some Turbo games, that are 265k & under, since that is what the system card can load at once. He said it’s almost impossible for games over 256 without the source code.

Would Air Zonk count?

You mean for a cd soundtrack? I wish, but it’s 512k.

I meant for your mech mood, lol.

Also, what you could do is put some soundtracks of one game and put it in another game for funny results..

Zonk is a cyborg, so, he doesn’t cout:)

When I was beta testing Meteor Blaster DX, I was able to insert my own music into it for laughs, but, it’s too much time to spend on a cheap laugh ultimately. Oh, & apparently it might be possible to rip the games from the cd Super Hucard, where someone hacked a whole bunch of PC Engine games to work on a cd. And so we could just rip the games from that, & then insert new music.

I saw your main list in a different post. I see you’re willing to re-up.

This Langrisser link is dead but I would LOVE to have it.

THANKS 🙂
