I thought that game only came out in Arcades.

No, there was both a TurboGrafx/PC Engine version & a Genesis/Mega Drive version:)

Well, at least that makes sense. Does this version sound any different then the arcade version?

Deffinitly! While the arcade version just used the onboard sound chip, this music was all redone completely in redbook audio, since it’s a cd game. The only exception is select(when you start the game, it’s not really a song), boss defeated song & the final boss deafeated song were done in PSG(sound chip) rather then redbook.

No problem! Actually, you’ll find that most arcade ports for the Turbo Grafx CD have EXCELLENT arranged music, like Super Darius 2, Forgotten Worlds, Strider, Super Raiden, etc.

Can you give me the music for Strider on TG-16?

Yes indeed I can! I’ll work on that right now, just gotta organize the songs to be in the right order, mp3 them, & upload them.
