Next FF Game?

Just wondering when the next FF game will be? Or did they stop making them?

I’m pretty much clueless when it comes to FF games besides the fact I like playing them… so please bear with me.

Final Fantasy 12 should be with us sometime next year. And something tells me it won`t be the last….

FF12 can’t be the last. Square wouldn’t just drop Final Fantasy after it has given Square a worldwide name, and brought in 100s of millions of of dollars. Besides, I think that a number of us crazies might end up attacking Square’s headquarters because of such an outrage.

I’m sure I heard that FFXII is just the last one on PS2. The title number on FFIX was in colour as it was the last one on PS1 and the same is true for XII I think (or at least I hope!)

Believe me. You`ll never see FFXII on a Xbox 360, let alone a PS3. It`s made for PS2 and unless the PS3 is backwards compatable i doubt it.

Actually I think it is back compatible.Thats the reason they were goin to remake FF7 cause they thought it wasnt goin to be but,since it is thats bye bye to FF 7.I only heard this so it mightnt be true.

its possible to play ps2 games on the ps3, im pretty sure sony is gonna delay the release of ps3 since they already delayed rouge galaxy

Pretty sure that FFXII will not last there, its quite populare and i bet it will not end, yet.

A lot of PS1 games works perfectly on PS2 only a few lags, or maybe its not compatable for it. But i do hope that PS3 is compatable to handle previously ps games, if not that would suck.

There should have been some kind of a master Console that is compatable for every console games like Nes, snes, n64, sega, ps1, ps2, xbox and ps3, that would be pure ownage and sell huge…. Or mayne I’m just dreaming and overdo it a bit?
