I know you said no ebay, but I got every FF game before X from ebay and had no problems.
What do you have against ebay?

the bids sometimes go too high and I like have SET prices, but i will try anyways, oh yeh nearly forgot, I bought a NON Platinum version of FFVII and FFVIII and they were platinum which pissed me off.

Fair enough, but if you bid smartly you tend to be able to get them there cheaper than anywhere else.
If the bidding gets too high then just wait for another one, and only bid off people with a good history.

What are your limits on price. The good thing with Ebay is that there are so many of the same ‘FF’ titles available. My advice bid your maximum bid on one that’s still got about a week to go and just wait. You’ll find because there are so many on offer, people aren’t gonna bid for one where they know they’ll have a bidding war.

That’s what I did to get every copy and I never paid more than a tenner for a title.

(p.s. If you got platinum editions in the past why didn’t you leave bad feedback for them? My advice – send it back and demand your money back. If they refuse – report them to Ebay!)
