should final fantasy games go onto xbox

yeah i think they should a new ff game on the xbox with top graphics story and music is what the doctor ordered

As if putting Final Fantasy on the game cube was bad enough..

if they go on the Xbox, I’ll keep playing them, but I’d rather they didn’t.

I like my Xbox and all, but the controller would be weirdish for playing an ffgame on.

I really doubt FF would ever go onto another system anyhow- Sony owns a huge chunk of Square Enix.

true but that was the gamecube say if ff12 went on i think everyone would be happy with the graphics why did they change into square enix from square soft

I’m already happy with the graphics, personally.

And to answer your question, Squaresoft merged with Enix.

the graphics are excellent dont get me wrong especillay in fmv but the posiblity of the xbox graphics would make it even better i have played gamecube ffcc not very happpy to tell you but it had a not so good storyline

I wouldn’t mind because then I wouldn’t need to pay for future Final Fantasy games any more… the wonders of downloading from the net and networking it to your Xbox’s Harddrive. 8)

It wouldn’t make a difference which system the FF series went to. There wouldn’t be much of a difference in the graphics, since all three bear similar possibilites. And taking it to X-Box won’t make the storyline better.

I actually think xbox graphics are better, or atleast much more smooth, GC graphics are underestimated as well, PS2 is kinda old. Other than that it wouldn’t change FF in anyway I can think, other than broadening the audience. But really it will probably never happen

The real question is: Does it really matter? And the answer is NO. If they still bring out a PS2 version then it desn’t really matter anyway. They’re a company and they’re making money so it’s really up to them

i suppose it doesnt matter….but to ff fans who dont have an Xbox it does, those things arent cheap and that means you have to buy one if you want to continue the ff series…

i had to do it with Munch’s oddesy(the third in the abe’s oddesy) i really loved that game…and i had to buy an xbox just to play it…i never used the xbox again after that…..a waste of time and money…im glad i got to play the game….but i dont want it to go on to xbox…..i prefere the ps2 controls anyway…..

The only mistake that can be made by marketing to other systems is having exclusive games for one system or another. The only exception I would really make is the GBA because it really is a different kind of play all together. If they really wanted to make money then it would be in their best interest to just produce the same games for every system. Of course the other exception would be FFXI because it is also available for the PC, so you don�t have to own a specific system to play it. I don�t even see why Sony would really have a problem with this either because every SE game sold is more money in Sony�s pocket. If they are trying to make it so that people will buy a PS2 in order to play Final Fantasy games then that is just silly. It�s like saying the only reason people bought a SNES was because of Super Mario World.

But, ok� I�m done.

I dont know if someones already put this on here but square-enix have already said they are considering puting a new ff game on the x-box 2 when it comes out

The question is pointless, because unless it’s multiformat, they won’t. PS2 is the most profitable. Therefore, the games will be on PS2.

In any case, there would be no difference to music or story and the graphics changes would be so neglible as to not count.

Oh and Kill Bill, what’s the CG?
