please please help me!!

i really stuck myself. on the part where you play the submarine mini-game, i lost. and now i dont have a sub. on the FAQ that im using it said that the sub would be docked at junon if i lost, but its not there!now im at the point in the game where i have to get the white materia, and ive heard that its in an underwater cave. but i cant get to the cave cuz i dont have a sub!! if anyone can help i would really appreciate it.

You need to go back and take the same elevator you took when you went to the Underwater Reactor quest in the first place. Once it takes you down, you may remember that there was this yappy dog that was blocking a door. The dog should be gone now and you can go in and get the submarine. Oh, and you will never get the White Materia. That’s a false rumor. But you do need the submarine to find the Key to the Ancients, as well as some other optional goodies.

I did the same and went to retry and found the doorway where the dog was and retrieved the sub. I was as relieved as you are!

that happened to me as well but next time i did the game i did the submarine game in bout 1 minute

also, you can retry the submarine game later on in Gold Saucer, not that thats really any help, because you would have already had to complete the original game.
