Yup of course you can. Limit breaks dont go on your level. they go by how many enemies yo’ve defeated and how may times you have used your limit breaks.

It’s possible to learn Limit Breaks…. but at level 99, you take hits like a man on Steroids.

The basic idea to do the previous Limit Break before it several times before the next one gets activated. Level 4 is another story, you just need to gain all of the previous levels.

Though as to why you’re at level 99 and haven’t got all the Limit Breaks from level 1 to 3 is a total mystery… (unless the obvious choice being Gameshark… and I hope to god that you used Quick Level Gain and not just set your stats to level 99.)

Yeah, its best to equip cover onto the person u want to develop the limit breaks and let them get worked till u think its redy

Learning a Limit Break doesn’t go by level, it goes by how many times you used the Limit Break or how many enemies you’ve defeated. Level 4 Limit Breaks require an item but you still can use them at Level 99.

yeah i manged to get cid at leval 98 an he was incredibly close, its because i never used him in battles enough and he never killed anyone but gained all the exp, oh yeah another question what the hell is up with cait sith can he only learn two limit levels!! i have 1 limit on limit level1 and 1 limit in limit level 2 i havnt found his limit level 4 and he wont learn anymore can somebody help me please!!!

haahahahah dont worry Cait Sith only has those two limit breaks. Just like Vincent only has 1 at each level.

Yep it is bud.Do you know how to get limit breaks???I will tell you to get the first deafet 60-80 enimies dealind the finishing blow with that chacacter and for the seconeduse that limit 6-8 times.Hope ya learnt somthing bud.
