Which FF would you liked most re-made?

Which FF would you liked most to be re-made and on what system? Well firstly mine would have to be FF3 just for the Psone, maybe comin packaged with another square game, and also maybe FF7 re-made for ps3, jus with much better graphics probably but they shouldnt add voices or anything that would jus ruin it…..so what yous think?:D

i think the story should be the same since its the greatest… and everything else the same except for the graphics…
just redo to the characters so that they look more real and also the scenary…. id love to see the gold saucer in real 3d…. *drools*
o and id like to see ff6 really redone… as in full graphics remake… but with the same stuff in it too… the stories should never change….
as for the voices… it doesnt bother me… if square wants to… then fine…
but if it doesnt… then i dont care… i care more for the story than the sounds…

I know they say don’t mess with classics, but I too would really like to see Final Fantasy VII redone. Like cloudago says, as long as they don’t mess with the dialogue, it’s fine with me. (Although use the dialogue from the PC version rather than the Playstation version, it’s better. And correct all of the spelling mistakes and other remaining translation errors.) I’d be willing to go with any of the following changes:

– Improved graphics and character looks

– Newer and cooler monsters

– Voice acting for the characters (as long as it was decent)

– cloudago’s change to the Gold Saucer, but how about also some improvements to the stuff at the Gold Saucer, like a more challenge Chocobo Square, with new tracks and new stuff for the snowboarding game and stuff.

I’d love to see FFVI with a better translation- it’s my favorite game of all time, but sometimes the dialouge gets a bit hokey.

I was never a big fan of FFVII, so I’d probably like to see it redone with a lot better graphics and some other goodies thrown in, so that maybe I might actually have more of an interest in it as everyone else does. Maybe some character voices would be nice also.

I see 7 seems to be a popualr choice, defo think they should leave out adding voice over, could completly ruin the way you portray the characters and their personalities:s Just think the guys should actually have hands and mouths this time:D Also the detail and graphics of FFx 😀

One thing I think: if they were to ever redo them, I think they should focus on one at a time and try to really do it up, rather than trying to do a whole bunch at once.

I think 7 was great but it already had decent graphs so there wouldnt be that much difference, while with the older ones (not 1-4, tha gameplay just wasn’t good back then) it would really make a big difference to see them in 3d and stuff

At the moment, the one FF I want to see is FF III. In regards to remaking the others, leave them alone. They’re good as they are. If any remakes of them are done, I pray to all the deities in all the Heavens, they don’t do Voice acting. Personally, I HATE voice acting in games, because if the wrong actor is chosen (Namely, Cam Clarke!) the experience of the game is ruined. Look at Grandia II, Robotech Battlecry for example. Cam Clarke did the voice acting for the main characters in these games, and his voice got on my nerves that much, I played the game with no sound whatsoever.

Also, if they did remakes of FFVII for example, touching up the graphics would be nice, but I’m a traditionalist. I prefer the game as it is. Even the older FF’s which have been released, still look great by today’s standards (Even if they’re the same graphics, only touched up.). As far as I’m concerned, graphics don’t make a game. If they did, The Bouncer would’ve been a world wide smash hit, instead of the eye candy piece of garbage it is (My own personal opinion on the game.).

In closing, remakes of the greats, if done properly (NO voice acting, NO altering of game graphics.), would be well received, yes?

Heh, they think the English FFVII had badly translated dialogues.

Oh well, my vote goes to FFVI, although I�d prefer seeing a manga or anime adaption of this story way over getting another game of it. o_O
Actually, I�d simply prefer having so sequels but more original high quality games. ;-;

Re-make Final Fantasy 3, package it with Chrono Trigger, and release it in Europe as "Final Fantasy: We apologise for all the previous delays and non-releases Edition."

Actually, I don’t see much need to re-make games in terms of graphics and voice acting. Especially if they get the guy who did Solid Snake’s voice to do Squall’s voice or something.

Yeah, leave the classics alone and concentrate on making Final Fantasy 12 the biggest and most blow-away Final Fantasy of all time.

I would love to see FFVI being remade =D preferbaly in full 3d and Kefka in 4d! o_o
The storyline is good enough for it, as well as the rest of the game.

I’d rather see one of the older FFs remade, so I pick FFVI to be remade instead of FFVII (my favorite), it would so much more fun playing one of those old FFs on my PS2.

FF 4 would be cool to see with better graphics. I wouldn’t mind if they added voice acting to it…

I’m not really familiar with the earlier FF games but I wouldn’t mind seeing FF7 redone with better graphics and realistic looking characters. Not much to ask.

I would actually like to see FF6 completely redone, I mean, sure in Anthology they added a few movies, but I mean COMPLETELY redone, say with PS2 graphics, and new movies of course, then I believe it will get the attention the game deserves, I believe it is the most under-appreciated FF there is, as far as story and characters, I believe it is one of the best RPG’s there is =/

Final Fantasy VII, definately – as long as they get the guy who did the hiring for Kingdom Hearts as the voice-actor-findy-guy. Mandy Moore as Aeris actually worked – and Cloud sounded like Cloud.

I could not handle FF7 with Yuna-quality voice acting. I’m sorry, but that girl could NOT voice act o_O

I would like to see a remake of FF 7. It had a great story, great characters, great tunes, but sucky graphic.
