What is the hardest RPG u’ve eva played??

I’m just wondering what do u think is the hardest RPG??
Mine would be Vampire: The Masquerade Redemption becouse the boss battles r REALY HARD especialy the final boss (if u choose to fight him).

I would have to say The Bard’s Tale just because I was rather young when I played it and it takes a lot to get used to it when you play the game for the first time…

I would say, out of all of the RPGs that I’ve played (limited in number because Europe only releases a small percentage of the total number of RPGs available), that it would be Alundra. Especially the last castle, the puzzle that had me stumped for the better part of a month, to the point of frustration.

Oh this is easy, Vagrant Story x_X I haven’t beaten it yet… and I have to take time outs from playing it because the difficulty is up there and frustrating at times.

Vagrant Story. In some battles like the golem you onlyhave one way of beating him, if u dont have that weapon all your other will just do like 5hp damage.

Tactics is the hardest one I’ve ever played. It’s probably my 2nd favorite FF, but it’s definitely the hardest.

Yes, Vagrant Story is near impossible. Thats the only reason its long.

I was going to say Xenogears until I saw what everyone else said and realized I am stuck on a boss 4 hours into the game. I hit for weak and don’t know what weapon to beat the game with. By the way, is it worth playing it? It will probably require a Stradegy guide though, can’t go on like that:notgood: . And Tactics is easy if you level up and master jobs, but that game is the 3rd hardest on my list.

Bahamut Lagoon for snes ( if you can understand the text ) i didnt have a problem with that so i enjoyed it , it was a sqauresoft masterpeice or so i thought and heh its a good strategy/rpg…but if not that game then id say Castlevania : SotN action/rpg i thought it was great.

Vagrant Story wasn’t that hard. It just required a bit thinking. Once you get into it, it was pretty straight foreward.

vagrant story?ohhh…remember all the blood that would spill when you kill a enemy? anyways i found the playstation version of FF4 to be the hardest.

The hardest i played was prolly FF6. The Narshe part was hard.
