check and make sure its compatible with Windows Xp profesional. i probably wrong but its my only geuss.

ff7 came out a while ago on PC, back when Win 98 came out. IT’s possible that it is not compatible, at all, with XP. You may want to look into it. Otherwise, you’ll be SOL.
