There seems to be a lot of uncertainty regarding that rule ("... may NOT be posted"...) to some. To clarify that rule, it should be added that music by those labels named in it may not be posted OPENLY. What people are "discussing" in private messages is quite another thing and cannot, at least theoretically, be monitored by the admins, as has been stated by them, I think. But there are countless threads with "forbidden" music, which contain no open links, but are inviting people to personal messages... to get further... well, information about that music! And there seems to be no rule which forbids those threads, as far as I know. On the other hand, expanding the rules that way (by adding "sending links by p.m.'s allowed" to them) would go to far, I think. People who really want to get the links should find out by themselves how to get them, right? :)

I personally don't re-upload to send PM's, except for one thread where special conditions apply. It is just too much effort.

I'm always prepared to re-upload for someone else to send PM's. But in only one case has someone volunteered.

In general most people want to download without any obligations. Not really community-minded.

Some of the forbidden scores can be found on the web if you look hard enough, but most are not even minded to do that.

Sometimes they even post links to other places as a percieved service, but that just opens other sites under the radar to all the Varese/FSM trolls, and consequently they are unwittingly assisting in getting links removed.

I thought that Film Score Monthly was totally gone, I know that there offices are completely vacated......

No worries, dudes, this score will come back in time...
