Not all of soundtracks released by Varese are listed on their website. Especially for older scores.
A better way to know which label is responsible for a specific album, is through a search on soundtrackcollector.

You can also rate a thread by being singed out, i know that sounds weird, but it works.

I only have "Thread Tools", "Search this Thread", and "Display Modes" at the top of the first post. No "Rate Thread" button for me. Maybe you have to have a minimum number of posts or have started a number of your own threads before you may vote? As for making a thread "sticky", I believe you have to be a mod.

I want to upload the Hancock movie soundtrack extended version link-the one listed as varese is not the same. Or is it?? Really really new at this.

VS has contacted the forum officially and asked not to share any varese album. It is more than likely they have people watching the forum.

It is within their power to close it, too.

So it is vital for us, in order to keep the forum alive, to go along with that.

I think you are all jumping the gun a little bit. VS requested that no one post their stuff, so the mods (not me) are required to remove links for such items when they are found. I do not believe that the companies would go as far as to shut down the FFS, because we are in compliance with any request made of us, such as the one from VS.

Actually all this happened a year ago, more and less, when a member at the now closed lossless movie soundtracks topic, started to making requests of the same soundtracks in every 15 minutes and everyday.
The folks there asked him to stop and change his behavior, but he didn't listen and became more and more aggressive, and suddenly that place became a war. It was a mess. For that reason he was banned from the forum.

Some days latter he appeared again but under a different name, and saying that he had contacted all the soundtrack labels about FFS (which in fact he proved when he showed his messages to the labels), and stating that the forum would be closed and the members sued.
We do not know what has happened then, only the admins know, until Sarah has updated the sticky thread regardind VS soundtracks, and in the meantime saying that FFS will not be closed and nothing will happen to the forum members because of that.

If all this happened a year ago and FFS is still standing, I highly doubt that it will be shut down. As for people being sued, I don't know anything about that.
