I choose and selected these songs from various anime soundtracks and allways creating diferent ideas....
this was my first Uploading thread in this forum, but sadly it didn't make much of "followers". Because I really wanted to know all of your opinions about these selection made by me.
I also have done a diferent selection related to game soundtracks.
After all the re upload here, a new thread will come.

Now, to the real deal on the making of these back in 2007, it was just something that crossed to mind to make other people know good music. My intention, even if it might seem that these are more my taste of music and my favorite picks, is to introduce the music and composers themselves. That is what I wanted, and back 2007 much people had not much of knowledge on some of these composers/artist.
I wanted to mix fairly old music and actual music regarding anime series, movies and OVA ... and sometimes went into another step in the name of musical awesomeness. :)
It's 2015, and as much as this thread seem dead, because... I just did not care at all, I confess. But many people have been pming me for quite some time ago, since 2012 to re-upload these. So I finally got my hands on it.
The files will be the same mp3 they were. I might update some tracks now and then just for better rip, in case of glitches. But no. I will not "remaster" anything if the mp3 are 128kbps or not. The some tags have the wrong artist names. Like I said. old files.
So please don't ever ask about bit-rating or anything. Just enjoy the damn music.
This time I will add cover arts and some texts info some info about the albums.
A new re-upload will be available everyday.

Sadly, I lost some albums. The 0th card album and image album, and the 7th card album were lost. So those will be more then dead in uploading. :(

The cover is a bit of an image on the selection of this album. Keyword: Cyberpunk.
Many of the tracks in here are from cyberpunk themed anime except on or other. And at the time... I did not notice I did a mostly cyberpunk idea here. It was my first album selection I ever did and I loved it. Still my favorite that I worked on. :)
The song "Dead end City [AD POLICE]" was updated with anew rip, since the old file (only I had at the time) was corrupted in some seconds of the song.
I might find here some... well.... will have to say. probably my top 1 favorite songs of all time in here, and yes, Bubblegum crisis rocks eve more my life. The music in here was like a scar made in my heart. They stayed in me forever, will never leave me. ♥♥♥

An Image album is ... what really has been since the 80ts in Japan. :)
This was an album made for a friend of mine. Her nickname was "Luna", meaning this is an image album for inspired by that word. This is mostly a vocal compilation, going from loving lyrics, mixed with heavy rhythm, and funny to sing songs.
Also playing an homage to some of her favorite anime, I picked and organized this as I imagined in my mind a comedic play with night creatures of the night having many funny events happening in one night.
The first track, "Party Night" is exactly how it starts the play in my mind, and the end song, "Sora no Chikai", a very calm and slow song, a scene where I see all creatures of the night going to their own places to sleep before the sun goes up, with some comedic moments in it. :p

Now, this is an image album, as in, a sampler of how the original full album might sound alike. Some tracks might stay the same, some not. Some anime related might stay the same or not. :)
Some changes were made, as in file names with wrong song titles, and new tags with artists and composers.

Music has a strange relationship with imagination, and that is something that when you understand music, your imagination just flows with it, like a loving couple.
The concept of this album is (duuuh) "Battle". But not in the sense of raging to war. The selected tracks are tracks that make me envisioned particular action scenes, battles as in martial arts, chase scenes; all those action moments in movies/books that gives you the chills just by imagining how they might feel like. Most of the selected tracks in here first time I heard, already made a "short movie" about it, so every time I hear "Information High" (from Macross Plus) I imagine a mixture of action scenes and moments of loving flashbacks of the characters I imagine in that "short movie" in my head.
Battle action scenes of cars. Heroic action scenes. Loving action scenes. Fighting action scenes. Mecha action scenes.... Just use your imagination to flow with it and imagine it. :)

The cover is very simplistic, as I tried to find some kind of good art to express what is this album about. Therefore I did use an art of Generator Gawl. The 2 Generator Gawls are facing each other almost as going for a "Clash of Enemy" fighting, hence, Battle.
Enjoy this second bit of wonder, that I put my soul. To be honest.... these selected tracks were not such a difficult choice to make. They were just already marked for this purpose without even myself knowing about it.

This was pretty fun and interesting concept I wanted to built in. "Ongaku Hen" means "Music Collection", so my own idea was to homage this own fact of how Japanese used to release soundtracks back in the days.
Soundtracks called Ongaku Hen or Ongaku Shuu would work like this: 1 track full of cues. And that is all. No, really, that's all. You would have 1 track with a lot of diferent songs in it.
Now, the reason this means so much to me is very simple. Many times these tracks were so well produced and edited that the choice of cues in one track was actually telling you a story. I can say that Dirty Pair Flash's track, "LOVELY ANGELS", actually does do that. I listen that song for so many times and I always feel a different story telling in it.
To be able to transmit this feeling, I had to carefully decide what tracks could make such a good story telling, and it was not easy at all. As you can see the Discs are named after what they are. If this is not explicit enough, "LONGER CARD SIDE" are tracks with length bigger then 5 minutes; and "SHORTER CARD SIDE", what might it be? :p
Disc 1 is way bigger passing out of 80 minutes, so in case you want to record your own audio cd, grab a 90minute audio cd. :)
The way I decided on building this homage was with a vocal track from the same anime to introduce yourself to the anime. I might I have said it in a bit confusing way, but the idea is really like an opening theme for the "Ongaku Hen" tracks.
Last track does not have an introduction for it. Why? Because you already had an Introduction for it the 2nd CARD. :P
Disc2 was very tricky... to work with, but I think I was successful in capturing the core of my own homage to this style of soundtrack releases in the past.
The bonus tracks in Disc2 have no introduction too, and is just for you to let yourself imagine an introduction. ;)

This is what the first "Image Album" of this compilation series was building for. Not only the imagination for the image album was an actual "leading mistake", as in making you think the final work would be into comedic imagination, the final work was actually serious.
As I said, this was an Homage compilation for a good friend of mine. Her nickname with friends is LUNA, and this is my actual vision on her love story. Yes! I went that far to choose specific, very specif tracks as image of certain events of her own love story. Most of the titles of the songs have a meaning, like "Bad Blood", some songs, the lyrics help in building up "the plot" of the love story.
Romantic, Tragic, Decisive, Emotional, and somewhat "slice of life". I did my actual best for this to be a rather special compilation, for a special friend. Nothing was chosen by accident and everything has meaning in here, even though the meaning might only be even stronger for those who know my friend, and herself, again, I just use your imagination and let yourself go.
The release date is as interesting and purposed, the same day we had actually saw the first live action movie of Transformers, this was the gift she got that day, and cried because she knew the meanings, and the "Lessons" I had inserted for her.
The discs naming also has meaning, as into the 2 characters of card captor sakura (an anime she loves a lot) YUKI(to) and his other self YUE. I did used of her top favorite anime to keep this compilation a rather good level of identification of her in here (Card Captor Sakura, Sailormoon, Zetsuai & Rurouni Kenshin). The cover has you my guess is the other art of the cover of the Image Album. My own symbolism in here is to show "the final work" within. Both covers in here go for the motto "Show, don't tell".
Some tags were corrected with the real artists, and composer fields tagged too.

I really hope you guys & girls might "feel" this album as I hope to.

This goes in a bit of a complex, sort of, explanation. This is about the inner self of a person, and how fragile this person might be, but still overcoming all obstacles in the road, and turning them into shear nothingness while accepting and discovering new roads on the inner self. This is a bit, if not most of it, growing into a very psychological state, in which I wanted to transmit with these selected tracks. Although this is very slow and relaxing album, with some frenetic cues in some parts, "Melody" is the actual key in here symbolizing all kinds of feelings. I think I am not the only one that feels "pierced" emotionally with Noriyuki Asakura's "Departure".
The "Protagonist" in here is a girl, and damn it was difficult to get a good depicted image of what I had in my mind. This picture shows better, and into the core of what I wanted. The girl is alone in her own world; and that is something I took lot of hours wondering with key words relating this "plot". I am satisfied with result, finally. Was afraid I was not getting a good image for this album. ;)

Corrected some of the tags, and I know,.... I know I cheated and put 2 tracks of last exile in a row. But in my defense, I have to say that those tracks don't work without each other. Really! Trying hear them with any song in the middle of them, and tell me you don't feel these tracks are one only track? :)
The Bonus Tracks, they are bonus (no shit captain obvious xD), and just disc 1 the bonus track works as an extent of this "story concept". Disc 2 bonus track is really a bonus.; I figured that if the original puma dance song was in here, why not include the UK version? Be aware, that this bonus track does not contribute for this album concept.

Use your imagination and write your own story about this girl, with this compilation as the soundtrack.

This image album stands for 2 different concepts. the "R" and "T"; those letters refer to words starting with "R" and "T". What can those words be? Well, I can't really spoil and say it already it will be the concepts, and spoil the fun of it, can I? :p
At the time, I was not really following any logic in this image album. I was just collecting the tracks that were giving me some ideas, and I did not expect or cared about giving it listening flow, but at second glimpse of the randomness I had at the time in the folder, I organized it as "soundtrack" flow. And I think it went interesting thinking that way, and it might make you feel that way.
The concepts are hidden, meaning, I am not going to say anything about it, until the actual final work comes. Though you can try a game and try guess what tracks are related to "R" word or "T". :p Not a bad game, isn't? :)
As I said before in the first Image Album, this works as a sample of what MIGHT appear in final work, and some can only be heard in this release, or not, OR something related to the Anime in question. It does give that notion of "not wasting time" at all, in my opinion. ;) BUT.... it does not mean that some of that tracks can be used in diferent concepts other then the focused one.

The Track "Akumu" was replaced by a better rip, because the old file was "glitchy".
"Kyuushuu" from Devilman, was also replaced by a better rip in sound; the old file was a very old that I had find on the web back in 2000.
Ranma's song "Little Date" was replaced by a better rip because the file had a very low volume... very low. One moment you up the volume to hear the song better, and then when the next track "Attacks" you shit your pants of the sudden scare. xD
Some tracks were re-tagged properly with artist names and composer fields.
Enjoy and guess the R and T words depending on the songs. :) Just try it. ;)

The premise is the same as the very first CARD. There is no actual concept in here, unless your imagination starts working with the music presented in here. ;) Disc 1 is more into vocal way and more straight to what it is trying to be, and the disc 2 more into instrumental and goes more into many diferent, let say, cultures (music genre). All in all, it was just a "Selected Process" of lot of music I like, and felt like combining them in here. (there is damn a lot more music I love but you guy shave a life xD) Is it one of my favorite works so far? No, it is not. This was something that "I think therefore I am" and collected the songs that at moment I was feeling nostalgia to listen. :)
This was supposed to be my last working compilation. Well, Vol.2 was to be the last, but some people did ask me to do more. Which I did, and I completely forgot to release them in this thread. :(
So I hope you might enjoy to multiple things I am sharing in here.

OK, I am just having fun wit it. xD This was a very funny and enjoyable selection I made for the so called "R" conception. The Compilation is divided into "Rage" and "Restless". Do not confuse "Rage" disc as the Vocal battle trax in the 2nd card.
The word "Rage" is the keyword for all the tracks within as with "Restless". But let me start with the overall conception of the idea.
I love the 80'ts. I was born in the 80'ts and I still live in the 80'ts. What can I say, everything in that particular decade was awesome, and as much weird pop culture or cheesiness in movies it was... you can't say bad thing about it, unless you do not understand the 80'ts. What does this have to do with the 80'ts? Pretty simple in fact. In the 80'ts the movie industry got into a serious dark and pushing the lines in therms of entertainment, specially Cop movies or... Terminator... just saying. And violence and swearing words were the key in defining these movies. Beverly Hills Cop, Tango and Cash, Rambo, I could go on forever naming them, but let us keep on those.
The cover image I carefully looked for to keep the environment of this album, and these 2 words (Rage and Restless) symbolizes the movies on that era.
Now... I don't need to say this by now, but I will repeat myself.... use your imagination while listening the selected tracks :)
The bonus tracks in here..... I did not listed them, because I want those to work as a surprise, and not knowing what to expect is always a good thing... when the reaction is good of course. xD
The Rage Disc is more about the actual feeling of rage, felt in some of the tracks, and in some of them, the build up in the compositions for that feeling. Although it is not that violent of disc, it is very heavy in some sounds, and truly aggressive at some points depending on the usage of the instruments.
The Restless Disc is more chilled compared to the other disc, although...as the title says, it doesn't stay quiet. A bit more melodic and less crazy ass music.
"Rage" stands for the hardcore of the 80'ts movies, as "Restless" triggers the memorable they were. (I consider most of the tracks in the second disc hell of memorable to me.. so I hope you too agree with it :p)

And the "T" words are here. "Tale" and "Terror"... and that is exactly what I did in here. :) Starting with the cover, a book with blood adornment and key... I have no idea what teh key is for, but the picture suited the palette of the is selection. ;)
When you open a book, you expect that story is told to you, in this case a "Tale" will be told and it will more then it seems, going for its real personality of "Terror".
You can say that both discs have an opening and ending theme, though it was not that what I exactly wanted with those songs. I honestly noticed that detail much later. There might be an overflow of Kenji Kawai and maybe Kuniaki Haishima, but disc 2, was really difficult to gather any proper "image" that could apply to this conception of Terror. I have always been a great enthusiast of horror compositions, and finding these in anime is very rare... I know I did cheat a lot using movie soundtracks for the "Terror" side, but...I tried to keep composers related to anime. I was not sure where to place "The Neverending Dream ", in Tale or Terror, but then my final decision was "Tale" because, this track has 3 parts and I do feel like it is telling a story. I personally found breathtaking the moment part 3 starts in that track (6:21 mn).
In both I tried very much to go with much more symphonic, or much more melodic and slow compositions; by this, the music itself would help absorb better this concept, from the introduction to the build up and teh final climax , all in each song presented in her.
This was a great and enjoyable work. It's not that I never put effort or dedication in the other selections, or even that I was uninspiring about them. I was inspired and motivated to make them, but this T CARD, is My Precious, with no doubt at all. It might have been the one I made so far with such unlimited love for it.
I really hope you all can appreciate and enjoy this one. :)

The R CARD and The T CARD, were my most difficult work to make, but i'm very proud of them. It' was not easy to manage and find the mood I wanted for both. but the end result was pretty good :-D

I also pay attention to rotation sites based off moods too... mood music is great. >3 Especially when you're playing some game... or just chatting with friends.

We all have moods, and there are certain mood musics that fit perfectly with how we feel. One's for relaxing, those for killing in a game, and so on....

but then again... I think I just like music in general. I think I'm really getting into instrumental (background) music, I used to hate orchestra music... and such before... it seems so strange now to think back on it, as I practically live off the stuff now. xD

I'll try have a look at this for you. I like mood music a lot.

That said, I'm in China so RS speeds are like 10k max so... take a while...

This is an interesting mix of the albums. Not only does it feature a couple of recent ones but old ones as well. It really is a classic~

I try to made a selection where the songs could get well with each other and i think it got very well with the "THEME" it was sopused to be for each album.

I finally got time to do it.
I was just going to make the Vol. 6, but then as I was choosing the songs, i got to more ideas.... and I have a vol 9 to make which is a Tribute, the thing that makes me not doing it right now, is that i first need to know if there is a ost for "CALL ME TONIGHT" ( http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=815 ). being the soundtrack of Norimasa Yamanaka, it scares me that if there is no soundtrack :(

I need these to be able to make my project.

Now, to the real deal on the making of these back in 2007, it was just something that crossed to mind to make other people know good music. My intention, even if it might seem that these are more my taste of music and my favorite picks, is to introduce the music and composers themselves. That is what I wanted, and back 2007 much people had not much of knowledge on some of these composers/artist and good anime.
I wanted to mix fairly old music and actual music regarding anime series, movies and OVA ... and sometimes went into another step in the name of musical awesomeness. :)
It's 2015, and as much as this thread seem dead, because... I just did not care at all, I confess. But many people have been pming me for quite some time ago, since 2012 to re-upload these. So I finally got my hands on it.
The files will be the same mp3 they were. I might update some tracks now and then just for better rip, in case of glitches. But no. I will not "remaster" anything if the mp3 are 128kbps or not. The some tags have the wrong artist names. Like I said. old files.
So please don't ever ask about bit-rating or anything. Just enjoy the damn music.

The cover is a bit of an image on the selection of this album. Keyword: Cyberpunk.
Many of the tracks in here are from cyberpunk themed anime except on or other. And at the time... I did not notice I did a mostly cyberpunk idea here. It was my first album selection I ever did and I loved it. Still my favorite that I worked on. :)
The song "Dead end City [AD POLICE]" was updated with anew rip, since the old file (only I had at the time) was corrupted in some seconds of the song.
I might find here some... well.... will have to say. probably my top 1 favorite songs of all time in here, and yes, Bubblegum crisis rocks eve more my life. The music in here was like a scar made in my heart. They stayed in me forever, will never leave me. ♥♥♥

Music has a strange relationship with imagination, and that is something that when you understand music, your imagination just flows with it, like a loving couple.
The concept of this album is (duuuh) "Battle". But not in the sense of raging to war. The selected tracks are tracks that make me envisioned particular action scenes, battles as in martial arts, chase scenes; all those action moments in movies/books that gives you the chills just by imagining how they might feel like. Most of the selected tracks in here first time I heard, already made a "short movie" about it, so every time I hear "Information High" (from Macross Plus) I imagine a mixture of action scenes and moments of loving flashbacks of the characters I imagine in that "short movie" in my head.
Battle action scenes of cars. Heroic action scenes. Loving action scenes. Fighting action scenes. Mecha action scenes.... Just use your imagination to flow with it and imagine it. :)

The cover is very simplistic, as I tried to find some kind of good art to express what is this album about. Therefore I did use an art of Generator Gawl. The 2 Generator Gawls are facing each other almost as going for a "Clash of Enemy" fighting, hence, Battle.
Enjoy this second bit of wonder, that I put my soul. To be honest.... these selected tracks were not such a difficult choice to make. They were just already marked for this purpose without even myself knowing about it.

An Image album is ... what really has been since the 80ts in Japan. :)
This was an album made for a friend of mine. Her nickname was "Luna", meaning this is an image album for inspired by that word. This is mostly a vocal compilation, going from loving lyrics, mixed with heavy rhythm, and funny to sing songs.
Also playing an homage to some of her favorite anime, I picked and organized this as I imagined in my mind a comedic play with night creatures of the night having many funny events happening in one night.
The first track, "Party Night" is exactly how it starts the play in my mind, and the end song, "Sora no Chikai", a very calm and slow song, a scene where I see all creatures of the night going to their own places to sleep before the sun goes up, with some comedic moments in it. :p

Now, this is an image album, as in, a sampler of how the original full album might sound alike. Some tracks might stay the same, some not. Some anime related might stay the same or not. :)
Some changes were made, as in file names with wrong song titles, and new tags with artists and composers.

This was pretty fun and interesting concept I wanted to built in. "Ongaku Hen" means "Music Collection", so my own idea was to homage this own fact of how Japanese used to release soundtracks back in the days.
Soundtracks called Ongaku Hen or Ongaku Shuu would work like this: 1 track full of cues. And that is all. No, really, that's all. You would have 1 track with a lot of diferent songs in it.
Now, the reason this means so much to me is very simple. Many times these tracks were so well produced and edited that the choice of cues in one track was actually telling you a story. I can say that Dirty Pair Flash's track, "LOVELY ANGELS", actually does do that. I listen that song for so many times and I always feel a different story telling in it.
To be able to transmit this feeling, I had to carefully decide what tracks could make such a good story telling, and it was not easy at all. As you can see the Discs are named after what they are. If this is not explicit enough, "LONGER CARD SIDE" are tracks with length bigger then 5 minutes; and "SHORTER CARD SIDE", what might it be? :p
Disc 1 is way bigger passing out of 80 minutes, so in case you want to record your own audio cd, grab a 90minute audio cd. :)
The way I decided on building this homage was with a vocal track from the same anime to introduce yourself to the anime. I might I have said it in a bit confusing way, but the idea is really like an opening theme for the "Ongaku Hen" tracks.
Last track does not have an introduction for it. Why? Because you already had an Introduction for it the 2nd CARD. :P
Disc2 was very tricky... to work with, but I think I was successful in capturing the core of my own homage to this style of soundtrack releases in the past.
The bonus tracks in Disc2 have no introduction too, and is just for you to let yourself imagine an introduction. ;)

I am really happy, really happy, that you understood all of this homage to ongaku hen style. Many people dislike it because, "split tracks, hello?" For me.... I don't care. Maybe because I was raised withing this conception of the ongaku hen, or maybe my mind really get messed up with the things I imagine while listening them. Yes, music means a lot to me. A lot of songs were actual inspirations for many long and short stories I wrote, and it still happens today. Music was a very big part in my life since I was child, and it will still be my eternal Lady of imagination. :)

Now this last one.... I really hope someone.... really hoping that someone might feel dragged into it. :)

This is what the first "Image Album" of this compilation series was building for. Not only the imagination for the image album was an actual "leading mistake", as in making you think the final work would be into comedic imagination, the final work was actually serious.
As I said, this was an Homage compilation for a good friend of mine. Her nickname with friends is LUNA, and this is my actual vision on her love story. Yes! I went that far to choose specific, very specif tracks as image of certain events of her own love story. Most of the titles of the songs have a meaning, like "Bad Blood", some songs, the lyrics help in building up "the plot" of the love story.
Romantic, Tragic, Decisive, Emotional, and somewhat "slice of life". I did my actual best for this to be a rather special compilation, for a special friend. Nothing was chosen by accident and everything has meaning in here, even though the meaning might only be even stronger for those who know my friend, and herself, again, I just want you to use your imagination and let yourself go.
The release date is as interesting and purposed, the same day we had actually saw the first live action movie of Transformers, this was the gift she got that day, and cried because she knew the meanings, and the "Lessons" I had inserted for her.
The discs naming also has meaning, as into the 2 characters of card captor sakura (an anime she loves a lot) YUKI(to) and his other self YUE. I did used of her top favorite anime to keep this compilation a rather good level of identification of her in here (Card Captor Sakura, Sailormoon, Zetsuai & Rurouni Kenshin). The cover has you my guess is the other art of the cover of the Image Album. My own symbolism in here is to show "the final work" within. Both covers in here go for the motto "Show, don't tell".
Some tags were corrected with the real artists, and composer fields tagged too.

I really hope you guys & girls might "feel" this album as I hope to.
Again, I shout out to your imagination. :)

This goes in a bit of a complex, sort of, explanation. This is about the inner self of a person, and how fragile this person might be, but still overcoming all obstacles in the road, and turning them into shear nothingness while accepting and discovering new roads on the inner self. This is a bit, if not most of it, growing into a very psychological state, in which I wanted to transmit with these selected tracks. Although this is very slow and relaxing album, with some frenetic cues in some parts, "Melody" is the actual key in here symbolizing all kinds of feelings. I think I am not the only one that feels "pierced" emotionally with Noriyuki Asakura's "Departure".
The "Protagonist" in here is a girl, and damn it was difficult to get a good depicted image of what I had in my mind. This picture shows better, and into the core of what I wanted. The girl is alone in her own world; and that is something I took lot of hours wondering with key words relating this "plot". I am satisfied with result, finally. Was afraid I was not getting a good image for this album. ;)

Corrected some of the tags, and I know,.... I know I cheated and put 2 tracks of last exile in a row. But in my defense, I have to say that those tracks don't work without each other. Really! Trying hear them with any song in the middle of them, and tell me you don't feel these tracks are one only track? :)
The Bonus Tracks, they are bonus (no shit captain obvious xD), and just disc 1 the bonus track works as an extent of this "story concept". Disc 2 bonus track is really a bonus.; I figured that if the original puma dance song was in here, why not include the UK version? Be aware, that this bonus track does not contribute for this album concept.

Use your imagination and write your own story about this girl, with this compilation as the soundtrack.

Yeah. it's all about "flow" that I tried working in these. To be honest I expect the Luna works to be less appreciated since they go into some private understanding, and the so called "flow" would not make any sense for some. But you seem to have grasped it. ;)

This image album stands for 2 different concepts. the "R" and "T"; those letters refer to words starting with "R" and "T". What can those words be? Well, I can't really spoil and say it already it will be the concepts, and spoil the fun of it, can I? :p
At the time, I was not really following any logic in this image album. I was just collecting the tracks that were giving me some ideas, and I did not expect or cared about giving it listening flow, but at second glimpse of the randomness I had at the time in the folder, I organized it as "soundtrack" flow. And I think it went interesting thinking that way, and it might make you feel that way.
The concepts are hidden, meaning, I am not going to say anything about it, until the actual final work comes. Though you can try a game and try guess what tracks are related to "R" word or "T". :p Not a bad game, isn't? :)
As I said before in the first Image Album, this works as a sample of what MIGHT appear in final work, and some can only be heard in this release, or not, OR something related to the Anime in question. It does give that notion of "not wasting time" at all, in my opinion. ;) BUT.... it does not mean that some of that tracks can be used in diferent concepts other then the focused one.

The Track "Akumu" was replaced by a better rip, because the old file was "glitchy".
"Kyuushuu" from Devilman, was also replaced by a better rip in sound; the old file was a very old that I had find on the web back in 2000.
Ranma's song "Little Date" was replaced by a better rip because the file had a very low volume... very low. One moment you up the volume to hear the song better, and then when the next track "Attacks" you shit your pants of the sudden scare. xD
Some tracks were re-tagged properly with artist names and composer fields.
Enjoy and guess the R and T words depending on the songs. :) Just try it. ;)

The premise is the same as the very first CARD. There is no actual concept in here, unless your imagination starts working with the music presented in here. ;) Disc 1 is more into vocal way and more straight to what it is trying to be, and the disc 2 more into instrumental and goes more into many diferent, let say, cultures (music genre). All in all, it was just a "Selected Process" of lot of music I like, and felt like combining them in here. (there is damn a lot more music I love but you guy shave a life xD) Is it one of my favorite works so far? No, it is not. This was something that "I think therefore I am" and collected the songs that at moment I was feeling nostalgia to listen. :)
This was supposed to be my last working compilation. Well, Vol.2 was to be the last, but some people did ask me to do more. Which I did, and I completely forgot to release them in this thread. :(
So I hope you might enjoy to multiple things I am sharing in here.

OK, I am just having fun wit it. xD This was a very funny and enjoyable selection I made for the so called "R" conception. The Compilation is divided into "Rage" and "Restless". Do not confuse "Rage" disc as the Vocal battle trax in the 2nd card.
The word "Rage" is the keyword for all the tracks within as with "Restless". But let me start with the overall conception of the idea.
I love the 80'ts. I was born in the 80'ts and I still live in the 80'ts. What can I say, everything in that particular decade was awesome, and as much weird pop culture or cheesiness in movies it was... you can't say bad thing about it, unless you do not understand the 80'ts. What does this have to do with the 80'ts? Pretty simple in fact. In the 80'ts the movie industry got into a serious dark and pushing the lines in therms of entertainment, specially Cop movies or... Terminator... just saying. And violence and swearing words were the key in defining these movies. Beverly Hills Cop, Tango and Cash, Rambo, I could go on forever naming them, but let us keep on those.
The cover image I carefully looked for to keep the environment of this album, and these 2 words (Rage and Restless) symbolizes the movies on that era.
Now... I don't need to say this by now, but I will repeat myself.... use your imagination while listening the selected tracks :)
The bonus tracks in here..... I did not listed them, because I want those to work as a surprise, and not knowing what to expect is always a good thing... when the reaction is good of course. xD
The Rage Disc is more about the actual feeling of rage, felt in some of the tracks, and in some of them, the build up in the compositions for that feeling. Although it is not that violent of disc, it is very heavy in some sounds, and truly aggressive at some points depending on the usage of the instruments.
The Restless Disc is more chilled compared to the other disc, although...as the title says, it doesn't stay quiet. A bit more melodic and less crazy ass music.
"Rage" stands for the hardcore of the 80'ts movies, as "Restless" triggers the memorable they were. (I consider most of the tracks in the second disc hell of memorable to me.. so I hope you too agree with it :p)

And the "T" words are here. "Tale" and "Terror"... and that is exactly what I did in here. :) Starting with the cover, a book with blood adornment and key... I have no idea what teh key is for, but the picture suited the palette of the is selection. ;)
When you open a book, you expect that story is told to you, in this case a "Tale" will be told and it will more then it seems, going for its real personality of "Terror".
You can say that both discs have an opening and ending theme, though it was not that what I exactly wanted with those songs. I honestly noticed that detail much later. There might be an overflow of Kenji Kawai and maybe Kuniaki Haishima, but disc 2, was really difficult to gather any proper "image" that could apply to this conception of Terror. I have always been a great enthusiast of horror compositions, and finding these in anime is very rare... I know I did cheat a lot using movie soundtracks for the "Terror" side, but...I tried to keep composers related to anime. I was not sure where to place "The Neverending Dream ", in Tale or Terror, but then my final decision was "Tale" because, this track has 3 parts and I do feel like it is telling a story. I personally found breathtaking the moment part 3 starts in that track (6:21 mn).
In both I tried very much to go with much more symphonic, or much more melodic and slow compositions; by this, the music itself would help absorb better this concept, from the introduction to the build up and teh final climax , all in each song presented in her.
This was a great and enjoyable work. It's not that I never put effort or dedication in the other selections, or even that I was uninspiring about them. I was inspired and motivated to make them, but this T CARD, is My Precious, with no doubt at all. It might have been the one I made so far with such unlimited love for it.
I really hope you all can appreciate and enjoy this one. :)


Now I ask one week of Vacation from this. :) Can I have it?
