Gizamalukes Grotto. It has the Kupo Nut side quest, as well as a direct access to the Grand Dragons from early in the game. Also, I loved the dark mood it has, and the music.

"Soulcage, right before being fought, states that he has "seen the end of my thousand-year-life, and it is not now. You cannot defeat me", and after the battle, he supposedly dies.
