Hi Everybody(Dr. Nick Mode On)!
I uploaded the Aggressors of Dark Kombat/Tsuukai Gan Gan Koushinkyoku OST. This is NOT the official version. It's a rip made by me. I used the original tracklisting and my rip includes the characters voice's tracks. Just not sure about the "Jingles".Total tracks:62. Because the original version doesn't appear, I decided to make a version by myself. Later I'll uploading other OSTs that I'm working on, like Breakers Revenge and Double Dragon (NeoGeo). Please say what you think about my rip.

I don't know what to think about it..

I am not completely agree with this kind of "i make a rip and use the tracklist of the official release and my rips look like the real stuff!".

Since this kind of things spread fast, and after that you can't know or forget or poeple dosn't know if it's the real release or not.. And one day you find that under the name of "Original Soundtrack" while it's completely false.

It have happened before, thousands of collectors were having a fake (or should i say "THE" fake rip of the Double Dragon Neogeo album for years.. and no one noticed it. (until recently).

I love and will always fight to respect categories of releases.
Game rip -- Redbook -- Digital Release -- Official Release.. these are all different things, and people often forget it.

I was nearly jumping off my chair when i took your Savage Reign Rip.. the tracklist was nearly perfect and any amateur would not notice or care it was a rip.. Only 1 track was missing (that and the voice tracks), but that make all the difference to me.

Anyway, goodluck with your projects.

I did this as experience, to see if I could make a soundtrack by myself. So I told that the soundtrack is a game rip. It was laborious, because I translated the tracklisting from a japanese site , edited the music and splited the voices . I Played several times to see the character's music. I want to do it with other games that don't have an ost realesed officially. I know there are people who trick, they do this by malice. It's not my intention to deceive anyone. And, to me, in the absence of the original, a bootleg already serves. What is important is to hear and enjoy the games music.

I also know that is hard work to make a rip. I have made a lot myself.
However, a little mixing with the numbers, some propper tagging, and adding some tracks that are not included in the official release, prevents this to become a fake. It is so awful to download something you think is the real thing and when you listen to it you realize it isn't the real deal.

Holy crap. I was looking for this all over yesterday and gave up hope and blam here it comes. Fantastic. I think the only gripe Anatar has is that you've put OST in the title instead of Gamerip, he just worded it funny. Me, I'm happy as a clam, thanks alot

I approve his idea 100% for soundtracks that does not have an official release at all.
AoDK got one in fact, and like i said.. i was nearly fooled by the quality of the job done with his savage reign rip.. we are all waiting for someone to rip the real release for years now.

I just can applaude the work done with Breakers Revenge. Making those voice tracks must have been a pain and time consuming.

The best thing to do is
- not to call this kind of stuff "official or original xxx"
- use the IDtags of the tracks properly, "Game Rip" should be written there.
- maybe an nfo or a text file with ripper credits and rip method (and release genre).

If poeple could care a bit more about their "list" of stuff and tag properly their folders that would be easier for the VGM community.

Enough off-topic.
I am thankfull about this rip anyway even if i don't take this one ;)

As usual, maybe the Neo-Geo CD version contains slighty arrange version.
At least there is no official arrange version. You need a CD rip.

Lasttiger, go to the site Gametronik. There's a Neo Geo CD section where you can download the game. All the tracks are included and are in mp3. Good Luck!

Yes. And Nothing happened. File is listed as a Z not an RAR. How do you decompress a file like that?

You have to pay to download Neogeo CD games from Romhustler so forget that. But I think I could get the emulator anyway.
Does anyone know any sites for Mac Neo Geo CD Emulators?
