so it's $6,66 for everyone ;) Sounds much better than $19,99 for one person.

Whoa, never knew an official OST was released. FinalGamer, could you maybe rip it to a lossless format?

Ahhh what's "lossless" format? XD

Ahhh what's "lossless" format? XD

Well, the way MP3 (a lossy codec) works, is that it takes away pieces of data you will least notice to be gone. The lower the bitrate, the more data gets taken away, the worse it sounds. Lossless keeps everything intact (hence, loss less), but the filesize can be significantly bigger.

It's quite easy to rip to a lossless format (FLAC is the most used codec) with Exact Audio Copy (http://www.exactaudiocopy.de/).

So yeah, assuming that you actually own the discs (it sounded like you did :P), it would be great if you could rip and upload it in a lossless format. Me and the people visiting this (Thread 46470) topic will appreciate it.

Well I have your lossless files of Sam and Max, real sorry about the wait, but they're rather too big for Megaupload, anyplace I can put them up for you lossless fans to download?
