Here is the Turbo Grafx version of Jim Power, which is on cd. It has some great music, that, if you've played the other Jim Power games, I'm sure you'll recognize! Enjoy!

Most excellent I love the game music and the game itself is fun to play even if it is hard.

It's hard, deffinitly, but, it's beatable if you use save states in an emulator, which is what I ended up doing!

The SNES version is super hard. Well, it is for me. It's, like, rediculously hard. I'm sure I would enjoy the Turbo GraphX version better.

Hmm, I don't know, the Turbo version has it's quirks as well. Though, I can't compare, as the only other version I've played is the Amiga version, & I haven't played much of that.

Well, one thing's for sure. This OST is far better than the SNES version OST. Although, I still like the theme for stage 1, on the SNES version, alot. I wonder if the Amiga sounds any different.

I don't recall, it's been awhile since I played it.

I like the sound of the SNES one but I was taken by suprise by how great this version sounded.

I heard recently, that the guy who did the music for all the versions of Jim Power(I believe there are 4-Amiga, Genesis, SNES, & Turbo), was inspired for the 1st stage music, by "A Searing Struggle" from the Turbo version of Ys 3, of which you can find here

It's a trip to hear how close he came to emulating the original song, plus I highly recomend that soundtrack.

I do have 2 other versions, the PS2 version which is "ok"

And the recent PC version, which I think is better then the Turbo version, but, it doesn't sound as much like Jim Power's 1st Stage, deffinitly worth downloading though
