Fried scored some documentaries by Nicolas Noxon and Irwin Rosten. They were doing an adaption of historian Daniel Boorstin's book "The Americans." The film title is a section or chapter name in the book.
I found two references to the film via google. One was in a scan from the book "Shot in Oklahoma: A Century of Sooner State Cinema." The link is too long to paste here.
The other is a scanned Tuscaloosa newspaper:
