Friend, why focus on the cherry when you can enjoy the cake? what is missing here are alternative cues presenting only very few differences with those in flac. It is even possible that these tracks are not retained in the movie, so it's wonderful. enjoy it!

Particularily, "Underwater March".
Listen closely to the movie.. You can hear the corruption!
They used the corrupted tracks IN THE FILM!

The film was rushed badly.

Whatever they could compose and mix was rushed.
Why the movie and music was destroyed as it is.

You would need them to re-orchestrate the score again.
But, as we've seen with Poledouris' Conan score, no one is happy with re-orchestrations.

The paid consumers would also have to complain to Disney about their legally purchased discs that it's destructed.

Don't think I've ever disagreed with you, but I think you're bonkers for stating this lol. In no way would ANYONE making a film throw corrupted tracks in. If anything, they'd use temp cues to replace them or just re-score them. This is preposterous. Think about it, do you think Jerry Bruckheimer would allow "corrupted" tracks into the film? Clearly he was focused on the score as he's the one who axed Silvestri and got HZ. And how did these tracks get "corrupted" anyway?

On one iteration of Klaus Badelt's site, he uploaded this full score, and the corrupted tracks we have are clean there (but are only in like 128kbps). I don't know if this iteration is still up since his site was not loading for me on my work computer.

Pretty sure that's false. All the themes and melodies were taken from past Zimmer scores, like The Road to El Doarado, Broken Arrow, maybe Pearl Harbor and several more that I can't think of. There's a post about it all somewhere on one of the hans-zimmer.com pages for Pirates.
