Is it just me, or this soundtrack kinda feels Low in comparison to the first series soundtrack?
I felt everything was just.... meh!

Just listened to this and yeah I wasn't really feeling it with this one. It doesn't help that there is like 30 minutes of less music here either. But i would have liked to see a few more rearrangements from the main theme somewhere in it. Seems like a lot of the tracks here were just loud but had no real substance. Plus some of these tracks..................I have no idea what Masaru was thinking. Machination just sounds awful to me no matter how many times i hear it lol.

It was disappointing. Imagine me, expecting so much of this soundtrack and ended up very sad about it. :/
it's like Masaru was not in his days, or having a bad day making the music .

Actually I think Masaru is just trying to do to much these days. I understand that he wants to get his name out there being as young as he is and thus wants to take on a lot of work but i think that's just going against him. I mean him and Tatsuya have pretty much being composing for 1-2 series each season. And i've noticed that his scores have been getting less and less interesting though i think Nobunaga the Fool was a step in the right direction and i liked bits and pieces of Neptune. I think he's at risk of going completely autopilot like Takanashi does sometimes so I wouldn't mind if his scores came less frequently so he could actually focus on one thing at time. Since he does TV dramas, movies and anime i think he's just putting to much on his plate and it's effecting his work.

I think I prefer exaclty how Koh Ohtani and Hikaru Nanase . 2 or 1 soundtrack a year. I suffice with that.
