This is a live in-audience recording from the concert in Wuppertal at 7:30 PM. Semi-Professional material was used (the ones which can make decent recording unnoticed.)
I used a zoom H1 which was able to reproduce a recording with quite an ok quality (Way better than the ones I've seen lingering on youtube)
Though I had no experience remixing classical music with this microphone I did my best and this is the result.

Soo close. I wanted to do my own record with Zoom H2N, but forgot to put the right SD card into. But when you did sit closer than me to the orchestra, my result would not be better than yours (Stood your device or lay it on the floor?).

It hung tightly between two chairs :) Technically it stood.

Did you cut "II. Words Drowned by Fireworks" a little bit too early? Maybe I am wrong, but as I remember, the place of your cut was not exactly the end.

Ah, that's indeed where my recording failed a few seconds. It is indeed, a bit too short, but not more than two/three seconds. Sorry for this.

Thank you for sharing your recording; this is pretty listenable, unlike the YouTube versions. We in the States of modest financial means are much obliged. :)

I do believe that an album release is in the works, but from what I've heard it may not appear until 2014.

Personally I'm a big fan of Jonne Valtonen and Roger Wanamo's arrangements. FFX, which was arranged by Masashi Hamauzu, was an incredible disappointment to me. Ohwell, better next time.

I actually shot an email to Thomas Bocker a few weeks ago and he actually replied. He said they are planning on releasing a recording actually, and they should announce something this year!

There is no information about a recording in tampere.

FF6 was the only one that was *video* recorded, but I think I saw a picture of the piano concerto where I could clearly see a mic close to the piano, so I bet everything is recorded for the CD :)
