This is possibly Michiru Oshima's earliest works. Found video (http://kiwamono.blog.so-net.ne.jp/2009-10-26) and audio (http://www.nicomimi.net/play/sm1076330) containing the full soundtrack of both albums, but as MP3 at very low bitrate of 64kbps. Thus the audio has very audible compression artifacts (high frequency noise, ringing, "harsh sounding", etc). Downloaded it, and then split the single audio file directly into separate tracks without transcoding (maintaining the original data). Here's the results...

The British Museum I & II

Catalog No.: PSCR-5187, PSCR-5215
Year: 1990, 1991

The British Museum @64 Michiru Oshima (http://www.megaupload.com/?d=B7ZFQDRJ)
Quality: MP3 64kbps CBR :(
Scans: Medium quality front covers found on the WWW

If anyone has any better rips or the original CDs, then please post them (if possible). :)

I'll be back with another Michiru Oshima gem (this time in HiFi quality!). :D

Fascinating! I didn't know this existed, either. It's incredible to hear Oshima age 29, just getting started... and listen to how confident she is already and what a defined style she has. Just amazing.

Very much looking forward to whatever your next Oshima upload will be. :)

Very much looking forward to whatever your next Oshima upload will be. :)Uploaded this NHK Special: 'Data Map for 6.3 Billion People' by Michiru Oshima (Thread 100601) not long ago. Not sure if anybody else here has that since I can find no mention of that soundtrack (except in the discography thread (Thread 89760)). :)

Thanks for the CD1 tracklist, Isaias。Interesting, so this Masatsugu Shinozaki did some tracks, huh. I tagged every track on CD2 as composed by Oshima. I don't know which ones were done by Shinozaki...Maybe there's a resource for it somewhere...

That picture on Amazon JP...: Oshima and Shinozaki :'D
