I just saw the first 2 movies at a local theater. Awesome series! Thanks for the OST upload! Quick question for anyone who might know, is the movie music different from the series? Is there a movie OST?

There’s new music used at parts in the films in addition to the TV series music, and no there’s not an OST yet.

It’ll probably happen when the films get a BD release, because Aniplex.

Lots of movies – like Les Miserables, release a soundtrack before the movie is in theatre. Since a soundtrack wasn’t released when the Madoka movies hit the big screen, the music will probably be released when the movie come out on DVD and Blu-ray.

What could be released:
1. Movie 1 and 2 separate
2. Movie 1 and 2 together & OST separate
3. Movie 1 and 2 & OST together
