Im on the second disc right now and just before i headed over to trabia garden, i went to check out winhill. I had the no encounter thing junctioned, and as i was running around the area, i had a battle come up but at first there were no monsters. i thought it was a glitch, and i said "…the hell?"

Then a flying saucier carrying a cow on a beam flew by and then that was it, i went back to running around. Can anyone shed some light on that?

i have no clue what the hell happened, and if i had a way to put a screenshot i would. But it seriously happened.

Also theres stuff about flying saucier sightings in some of the magazines on ff8. i forgot what what they were called but there’s four of them in the whole series.

It’s a sidequest. Not a glitch. The UFO/Pupu alien sidequest.

There are other sidequests in the game, like the Chocobo Forests/Worlds, and the Card Queen Quest.
