i have that program rpg maker 2003 but every time i spend hours making a 5 hour game, i find 1000s of faults. has any made a game use it. if you have is it good, whats it about etc…

i’ve had it for 3 years but i still have not got used to it. once i made a 15 hour game about the school but it went wrong!!!

Yea and the entire process is so tedious. Three layers of layout, then you have to create event points and then the whole character development thing could take you a few months (if you don’t use the presets). I have a newfound appreciation for game programmers.

Well guys, the only way to fix this problem is to go to the official website and get the tutorial manual, or just find some fool somewhere that really knows how to use it on youtube. I can probably find out whats wrong. I’ll answer your questions if I have to.

Still better and easier than actual programming tbh.
In my opinion, RPGMaker instalments have never been OVERLY user friendly, but considering that the creation of a game (Be it RPG or any other genre) is a long, arduous and involved process of trial and error, I believe that RPGMaker actually makes it as simple as it can get.
