Re-Runs: I wanna explain this part. When I say re-run, I mean on a channel everyone will have. ABC would be my choice, personally because that’s what I find it useful for. Their original contents sucks compared to the movies (and shows) of the past they keep showing. I think most, or everyone who has a TV has ABC/ABC Family as opposed to say Ion TV and channels such as that. Can’t remember the last time I really watched TV, This thread really isn’t for me. It’s for those who watch TV and were not around when these shows aired during it’s original run. You guys missed out.
Wonder Years
Recess
ALL the TGIF shows – Boy Meets World, Family Matters, etc – I will totally watch TV again if the original TGIF block was back with the old school TGIF ads, bumpers and such.
Why? The shows mentioned above were unique in that each episode offered a valuable lesson which one or more characters learned by the time the episode was over. For those who lived through the TGIF days, who can tell me that they didn’t learn some of their life lessons through these shows? Valuable life lessons that you don’t learn in class in school/college.
