I need the steel pipe to upgrade Squall’s weapon to the Sheer Trigger. The trouble is, is that I can find it anywhere!
I’ve been told some guides that you can steal it from the monster, Wendigo, which is located somewhere in the Galabadia area. But I’ve never come across this Wendigo.
Where specifically would the Wendigo be located in Galabadia? Also, would there be another way to get the steel pipe?

yes, u can also find them outside of dollet carried by Wendigo (use mug) and card mod elastoid
