What’s the forum’s position on AM2R (Another Metroid 2 Remake)?

Following the unfortunate Cease & Desist it received as well as the official soundtrack release shortly after, I was pondering creating a Video Game Download topic dedicated to Another Metroid 2 Remake’s music, notably a personal download link of the in-game OGG files I have from a copy I secured shortly after the Cease & Desist order.

But as this topic (Thread 49829) doesn’t currently disclose this particular game & considering the legal situation it encountered, I was hoping to inquire what were the feelings regarding to having such topics containing such material.

In short; Would a Video Game Download topic containing such content as in-game music files for a fan-game, especially one that received legal action against it (Even though the soundtrack remains available via the author’s links (http://metroid2remake.blogspot.co.uk/2016/09/soundtrack.html)) be disapproved for obvious reasons?
