What would’ve happen if Cloud didn’t give Sephiroth the Black Materia?

I just thought of something…

If Cloud hadn’t gave Seph the Black Materia…

How would the game finish?

Aries would still be alive I’m pretty sure. But the game wouldn’t be as dramatic, the scene where she dies is one of the best scenes in video game history.

Sephiroth would have gotten the materia anyway… He needed it.

if cloud would’ve kept the black materia, then he could have teamed up with the weapons to destroy shinra and help whoop Sephiroth’s ass!!! everybody dogpile on sephiroth!!!!

If Cloud didn’t hand the black materia over to Sephiroth…

… well then something bad will happen afterwards where Sephiroth will eventually get it anyways… sad but true I tell ya’s!

Well, Sephiroth always wins (except in the end) and of course he obtein the black materia from someone else
