Weeds season 7 premiere

Personally, it interested me enough to keep watching but from the opening scene I expected the episode to fail. It picked up but by the end it only barely intrigued me enough to wanna watch the next episode. I mean three years later as a way to start the new season? After all that happened at the end of season 6? It felt like a jip honestly. And to have a certain character conveniently end up dead right after Nancy gets out of jail? What a weird way to write off a character. Now, my question is what does Nancy intend on doing with that suitcase? Many many questions and hopefully the next episode will tell us.
