wat the hell is amulet for

wat does it do to weapons if you have a few amulet items. i saw it was a bribe from master tonnberryz

30 of ’em gives you the ability to add Pickpocket to a weapon/armor (dunno which). Pickpocket allows you to steal or mug rare items before resorting to the common items.

Made up ex.:
A monster has 2 Potions (the common items) and 1 Dark Matter (the rare item) available to steal. With this ability, the character will have greater odds stealing that Dark Matter than getting those Potions…
