This is a very hard to find soundtrack can you find it.

I’ll just go ahead and say this right now. This particular soundtrack is really not worth tracking down. Why? Well this is my personal opinion, but the music has a VERY hit or miss fetish. Admittedly I’m sure we want it just to say we have it. Although if you do find it… well never mind! Good luck finding it!

I have yet to see this shared anywhere…or at least the "anywheres" I frequent or have at some point. Regardless, and if you’re not anal about it, you can always go for a gamerip, which I can do.

Flippity-flop.

I know one person who had it up, but… well you know. As for gamerips I don’t personally like the method of how they’re done. Mainly most of the music you hear don’t always show up in the CD or ISO itself. I never understood how that worked, but I probably wouldn’t care either way.

Yeah; gamerip has 21 or so tracks versus the 45 from the official release. Although the latter seems to have remixes or something close to that, but I’m just guessing it has based on the name’s of some of the tracks (kaos remix, hys remix, Hebimai ‘N heavy bass DUB, and so on…).

I actually managed to find the soundtrack (somehow). About those remixes, it seems like some of them are songs from Madou Monogatari’s Soundtrack (Saturn) which were remixes in of itself! Unfortunately even though I found the soundtrack the quality isn’t exactly… well perfect. It’s not horrible, but just not standard CD package quality. (If that makes any sense.)

Below 192kbps?

I couldn’t exactly tell, but I went ahead and cleaned it up. It sounded better overall, so I decided to listen to the tracks on my speakers and my headphones. A few songs have shortcomings however it’s nothing too noticeable. The rest came out pretty good overall! Thankfully most of it was labeled already, so all I needed to do was just organize it and viola!

Can’t tell? It’s quite simple: just right click one of the files and check its properties, then click the "summary" tab and check the "audio" section to find out the bit rate.

It doesn’t matter anymore I already got rid of the original one. I’m pretty much left with the "improved" audio soundtrack. Anyway thanks for the tip I’ll keep that in mind when I’m working with SWF files again.

sonichero44, if you wish to try your luck, 曼珠沙華 over at niconico has the soundtrack, so maybe try registering there in order to contact/communicate with him/her and ask if he/she could share it with you. Often times users there share what they upload. Often times.

You can listen to the soundtrack here (http://gamecenter69.blog130.fc2.com/blog-entry-13717.html) (takes a while to load). Original niconico uploads can be found here (http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm3106230) and here (http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm3117213).

Hiya. I have the original CD and I can up a lossless rip in a little bit (week and a half or so). 🙂 Would love to get this OST some more exposure, as it is really hard to come by and there are some nice melodies on it. I would say about 20 of the 45 tracks are definite keepers for me, but I have a weakness for melodic, upbeat, synthy music too, so…Also, I own the game for the Saturn.

I nominated "Beginning of the Adventure" for the GFF Song Contest. Longtime favorite of mine, pretty indicative of the rest of the soundtrack. G1P3: Good Ending vs Beginning of the Adventure – Gamingforce Interactive Forums (http://www.gamingforce.org/forums/bracket-g/44886-g1p3-good-ending-vs-beginning-adventure.html)

Anyone have any luck with the soundtrack for Madou Monogatari? That sucker is impossible to find.

Edit: And heh, I had just posted something about it on VGMdb a few days ago. Funny seeing this request thread after that.

VGMdb Forums – View Single Post – Your favourite or most treasured soundtracks. (http://vgmdb.net/forums/showpost.php?p=53040&postcount=12)

Double Edit: And yes, it appears those remixes are the actual versions that appear ingame. They are not bonus tracks.

That would be awesome. I was prepping a gamerip, but stopped after coming across some tracks with what appeared to be SFX. Regardless, I liked what I heard, and quite so I would say.

Jessie’s upload only (Thread 78432), and even he would like a better quality rip.

Does it really sound that bad? I just went back listening to it, and it doesn’t seem to really sound like low quality in all honesty… >_>

Personally I think the rarest album regarding PuyoPuyo would have to be "RaveRevenge".
Actually that wouldn’t make sense… anything COMPILE related is rare to begin with. Sure finding in the internet might not be so difficult, but finding an actually copy? $300 for Tsuu DX? No thanks! >_<

Quality is a very subjective matter, and relative to the listener. So what might be considered as "bad" quality might not be to you, and vice-versa.

That’s true. It’s probably just me happy soundtracks such as this one brought back so to speak for others to enjoy.

I hope I’m not annoying anyone! Anyway since there hasn’t been any update about that lossless audio. I’ll just go ahead and put up mine at least! I just want to say now that they aren’t perfect by any means, but I managed to organize it by the best of my abilities! So here you go!
