Vivi’s staffs

Ok I have mostly all of Vivi’s magic, with an acception of flare and blizzard (i have blizzara and blizzaga but no blizzard). Also I’m not sure but do you get to learn ultima? The last few games I’ve played allowed you to use it but I’m not so sure since kuja uses it. But anyways to the point, do you know where i can find these staffs. A list would be kinda cool I dont know what i have and dont have.

For one, Vivi cannot learn the ability Ultima, why that is I don’t know, but he can cast Doomsday, which causes shadow damage to all targets, I think including your own team, but there is a way to protect yourself from it. you can find the two staffs late in the game. There positions are:

For the Blizzard ability you need the item Leather wrist, which is an item you get very early in the game.

As for Flare, you need the Black Robe, which is a later item I think located at theSynthesis shop in Dagurerreo. You need the items: Gaia Gear and the N-Kai Armlet
