VII and X connected?

I was playing ff7 and noticed something really interesting. When in the AVALANCHE headquarters under Tifa’s seventh heaven if you look at the bottom right of the tv screen it says SIN. Does anyone now if they already had ffx planned by then or a coincidence or had that villain name ready or what?!?

hmm.. that is kinda weird…. maybe sin meaning actual sins in ff7 … not a monster… well.. boss from 10…. thats my opinion at least…

Yeah, I noticed this years ago, I think they did it because they were going to link it to a later final fantasy, just to see if anyone noticed. I read something about it before, but it was so long ago I can’t really remember properly.

Square have kinda stated that no FF’s are connected really. =(

I think in this case they talk about the peoples sins, not about the monster Sin…. :erm:

I’m pretty sure that ‘SIN’ in Final Fantasy VII is the name of Midgar’s news channel. You know, the equivalent of CNN.
