I’ve never played 2 but i do know this. 1 is not all that great. It’s a nice concept but to me its just not played out very well.

And I never played SF 1, but I did buy SF2, play it, then forgot about it, never finished it. I believe this says a lot. To me it was boring, with no real characters to relate to, no real plot, no real… point in its existence.

And of course THIS game gets released in Europe, and at the same time they refude to release Legend of Mana and Chrono Cross. Damn.

Anyway, I dont know what you exoect froma good game, but my expectations were totally disappointed by this game.

yeah very boring :S In SF1, The first character i played, i could only get so far, like, through the first level. So, since i couldn’t pass that character, i went on to the other character, tried to get past level 1, but failed as well. For al the characters, i failed into getting past the 1rst level… does that mean i’m a bad gamer? :S
SF2 seemed like a whole entire different game to me compared to the first one. The first one, you could choose your characters. In the second one, you just automatically play as this one dude named Gustav (you don’t even get to pick his name for crying out loud![at least i think you don’t]) Anyweays, try to look into getting some other game, cause this one’s just not worth it 😡

The reason that SF2 seemed so different than SF1 is quite plain, if you know your games. The entire SaGa series has been based on its originality, not just from other games, but from each successive game in the series. If you need more examples, try out Final Fantasy Legend 1, 2, and 3, for the gameboy. They are really SaGa games that were released by Square with the FF name to get more people to buy them X_X (Still good games, IMO)
