Ok, I used the dodge 10 bolts and save strategy. Some how though the chest disappeared. I dodge 200 bolts and still no chest what do I do?

The dodge 10 bolts and save strategy does not work, you have to dodge 200 bolts in a row, saving interrupts that row. If you want a strategy, use the one I used. Completely turn off your TV’s volume, so you can purely focus on the dodging, then after you’ve dodged 50 bolts, take a 4-5 minute break, go back and dodge another 50, take a break, repeat.

Worked like a charm for me, I didn’t count quite right and got about 213 dodges, and I could have done even more.
