Am I likely to get nailed for breaking a law if I do this? I’m talking about putting each individual song up with the OST’s cover as a background.

There are quite a few people who already do this on youtube, they have been going strong for a good long while now. Might want to make sure you give all credit of the song to its respective owner ^^

Following Garudoh’s example is not a bad thing to do.

He’s a fellow shriner and has made 500 videos with multiple songs each, but he always gives credit.

I haven’t got caught yet, and I’ve put up about 58 ost’s/gamerips. I wanted to make a video to show respect to the sites I grab gamerips/ost’s and upload my gamerips/ost’s to, but I don’t want them to get in trouble. Screw me, they can close my account if they want. I’ll just comeback. I’d say go for it, if you want too, but I always do the wrong thing never the right thing lol.

Much respect to all game rippers, and ost contributors everywhere.

on youtube without a word for me, my hard job done with Traumend, normally there is a txt with the soundtrack, so i HATE this guy, he ll go to hell!

just respect the ripper & the time spent to rip / edit / tag / name…

I never thought that giving credit actually did my channel any justice. I’ve had no success whatsoever with uploading music, or any other Copyrighted material without my account getting suspended eventually.

The Megas don’t care. All they asked was I put their website in the description. 🙂

I have also uploaded on youtube, for my "Gaming Sounsdcapes", series of videos. Check my channel here: http://www.youtube.com/user/gsakalis

However, i’d love some good tips on copyright statements…
