Unknown Racing Game Soundtrack

Hello!
I hope this is the right place for this!
I downloaded a soundtrack 2 or 1 year ago from this site, i believing it was also from the "The Lossless Video Game Soundtrack Thread v2".
Saddly i somehow fucked up the sound of all the tracks in the album with foobar. So i wanted to redownload it, but can�t remember the Name of the soundtrack. What i remember it was from a Racing Game from the early 2000 or something. Also, the track names where something like "Alpine", "Stuttgart" and "Japan". Here, i uploaded a track so someone maybe can hear it out:

I can only provide info, because I’ve kept a lossy rip of it, but the album is this one, probably: Joypad CD Vol.4 – Les musiques de MediEvil [tracks 11~16] (http://vgmdb.net/album/4105).
