Unknown Movie or Series

Also, when I was about 4,5 or 6 years old (so around 1994-96) I watched on TV a movie or series. Then I thought of it as just another cartoon. Now I am remembering it but only partially and I don’t know its name anymore. I thought maybe someone of you could recognize it. So this is what I remember:

It was drawn in a style that is just like the dragonball series (the old ones). It was about two guys, one very tall the other very short, who gut stuck on some empty planet, because their rocket (not a spaceship, literary a rocket) malfunctioned. The most of the Move or Episode was about them trying to figure out a way to get of the planet.

That’s all I remember. I know its not much but maybe someone remembers it too?
