When im playing FFXI I a am randomly interrupted by a message.
The message says:

Terminated as error occurred in Final Fantasy XI. Full-screen mode was lost.(-1)

when that happens, i have to log into FFXI again starting at the "Games Selection"

i got a picture of it…

Something is forcing you out of full screen mode. Either by Alt+Tabbing, hitting the windows button, or even a pop up screen.

Check your computer and watch what you hit while playing FFXI, you can’t alt+tab out of the game.

must be the pop-ups then…. can i prevent this by changing the Screen Resolution?

Nope, just run a spyware check through your computer to see if there are any spyware that is causing popups to appear.
