U.S. verions and European versions

I was wondering about different versions of the PC version of the game because I need to get a new copy of the game from Ebay and some games look different than the one I have. I was wondering if I get say a European version that it will still work with my U.S. version saved games. PLZ someone tell me!!!!!

I’m not entirely sure about the PC version about copying save data over between the two versions. It COULD work because there shouldn’t be anything majorly different between the two versions.

I wonder because I know that the boxes and the CD’s look different but im not sure if the game itself is any different. Why did I have to scratch the crap out of my CD??? 🙁

Please will someone let me know if there is a difference between the U.S. and European versions!

I think saved games will work. I know with console games you can’t us different versions of the game. I think it has to do with a codec or something i don’t know it is all a lot different with pc games
