Turok?

I played it for the xbox 360. I liked it a lot. I thought it was similar gameplay to Halo 3 but, in my opinion, a better game. I don’t like the Halo games at all. I also really enjoy the multiplayer on Turok. All the different games are fun as hell.

But what do ya’ll think?

Turok the Dinosaur Hunter? I hated the N64 games, they have all sucked, but mabey this Xbox360 game was done right, I will have to check into it.

I played the PS3 demo a few weeks back. I was board to tears.

You should play WipEout Pulse. It just came out yesterday.

i played turok rage wars on the n64 and it was pretty good. turok 2 was excellent. but the ps2 game was one of the worst games i’ve ever played. haven’t played 360 version yet. i think i’ll wait till it gets a lot cheaper, and i’m desperate.

Doom was always better. Turok had a lot of potential though.

Turok 2 was one of the best N64 games, but it aged so horrendously. Playing it now is like stabbing knives into my eyes.

I never liked the Turok games. And this one doesn’t change a thing.

I haven’t followed up on this game at all. Is it true you get points for a teamkill?

Turok 2 on N64 was the shit. Play it and see what you think of the Turok you just played afterward. And please do tell, I don’t have an xbox360 to check it out myself T_T

I played Turok on PS2, which was a decent game.

Yeah, this new one looks great.. But i dont think any dinosaur game will beat Dino Crisis.., hehe, that was mint.

the original turok was great. i liked it, it was fun, new things i never expeirenced before like a bow! haha. and dinosaurs were scary >.<

you know why? missions. wtf missions? since when is turok a fucking spy for the secret service? after 007 every game seemed to have missions and i fucking hated it. plus they gave it some bullshit space twist and i’m like "ok i’m done"

I took Turok back to the shop after a couple of hours gameplay, it was glitchy as hell online and the gameplay and story were both crap.

Its terrible,but maybe Yahtzee Croshaw should tell ya how "good" it is……

I’ve played the N64 one. and never got very far. It kinda made me lose interest in them.

In the previews of the new one the charactor models reminded me of gears of war. But I havn’t played it so I wont judge.

The problem with this one is the aiming. It’s too sensitive and not specific. If you want to move it over an inch, it moves it halfway around the world. It doesn’t understand joystick sensitivity.
